Reservation Specialist Manager
The Reservation Specialist Manager is responsible for all day-to-day operations in the office to ensure maximum efficiency and high quality customer service on the phone and in person. This critical role involves supervisory responsibility for all reservation specialists, including oversight of daily duties to promote Bark Avenue’s services and activities with enthusiasm. The Manager will also be responsible for training and coaching the reservation specialist team.
Reservation Specialist
The Reservation Specialist provides an important connection point between clients and our many pet care services. This role is responsible for promoting Bark Avenue’s services and activities on the phone and in person in a positive and upbeat manner, with the desired outcome of securing client reservations. Duties also include creating and managing files, leading client tours, and responding to inquiries and feedback.
General Manager
The General Manager is responsible for all day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring maximum efficiency and high quality pet care. This critical role involves supervisory responsibility for all staff, scheduling, hiring, training, and coaching. It also includes oversight of facility operations and maintenance, and ensuring effective communications with and among all staff. This role assists with the supervision of daily tasks such as arrivals, departures, feeding, medications and wellness checks as needed.
Pet Care Lead
The Pet Care Lead is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the lodging facility. This critical role involves supervisory responsibility for all lodging staff, including oversight of daily duties, training and coaching. Additional functions include daily walk-throughs, monitoring any pets with special concerns, and communicating with clients. The Pet Care Lead will be required to assist in lodging/bathing/daycare duties as needed.
Pet Care Manager
The Pet Care Manager is responsible for all day-to-day operations of the facility. This role involves supervisory responsibility for all staff, including oversight of daily duties, training and coaching. Additional functions include regular audits, pet status reports, daily walk-throughs, monitoring any pets with special concerns, and communicating with clients.
Customer Care Lead
The Customer Care Lead is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the front office and customer interactions, often going the extra mile to build trust and loyalty with clients. This critical role involves supervisory responsibility for office staff, including oversight of daily duties, training and coaching.
Customer Care Specialist
The Customer Care Specialist is responsible for ensuring maximum efficiency and high quality pet care. This role is responsible for providing the highest level of customer service while checking customers in and out and addressing any concerns they may have. The Customer Care Specialist may be required to assist in lodging/bathing/daycare duties when needed.
Canine Coach/Lodging
Our Canine Coaches are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the daycare and lodging department, ensuring efficient operations and high quality pet care. Our team works hard every day to make sure all pets in our care are safe, happy, and healthy during their stay. The duties of a coach include managing safe group play, initiating activities, creating report cards, prepping food carts and more.
Salon Manager
The Salon Manager is responsible for all day-to-day operations of the grooming salon, including the quality of grooming services, supervision of staff, and the satisfaction of each and every client. This full-time role provides critical management functions, including training, coaching, and oversight of daily duties for our grooming and bathing staff. The Salon Manager is also responsible for providing clear communication and follow-up with clients to ensure every visit is a positive one for them and their pets.
Bather
This role, which can be full or part time, is expected to perform dog bathing, nail trims, nail grinds, and additional basic grooming services on dogs of ALL breeds, sizes, and temperaments. Bathers are actively engaged with customers and ready to answer questions, assist with service selection, and recommend service upgrades as appropriate.
Dog Trainer
The Dog Trainer is responsible for all day-to-day operations of the dog training program, including safety considerations and marketing initiatives. This person plays an important role by communicating with clients as needed during stay and upon departure, often going the extra mile to build trust and loyalty. The Dog Trainer attends monthly training meetings and may also be required to assist in pet care duties for several shifts a week.
